2016 EX head liner wet
2016 EX head liner wet
The driver side head liner is wet at the A-pillar and so is the driver side floor. I'm looking for advice from those who have dealt with this issue.
I found the two forward sunroof drain holes.
I gently pushed about eight feet of weed trimmer line down the passenger side drain (it did not poke out of the car) and it properly drains water from the tray to the ground.
I gently pushed about 17' (!) of trimmer line down the driver side drain hole (it did not poke out of the car either). Water poured into that drains, but does not hit the ground, it seems to flow into the driver's floor area instead.
Any diagrams how the drain hose is routed? I think I'll need to remove the interior A-pillar cover, the kick panel by the hood release and maybe the plastic in the wheel well. I'd love to watch a YT showing how pull these panels off.
Found an A-pillar removal video, too bad he doesn't have a sunroof with drain tubes.

I think you're on the right track -- the drain hose is clearly broken or disconnected somewhere along it's path to the bottom of the car.
You should be able to find the service manual online, which will have some sort of schematic of the sunroof drain system. Because of the curtain airbags, you will also want to follow the proper procedures for removing interior trim panels, beginning with (obviously) unhooking the 12v battery so you don't have a nasty explosion in your face.
