wheel well connector

How do you remove connectors like these? They’re in the front wheel well. I tried my plastic pry tool, but they resisted a fair amount of force.

See the little dimple in the middle? It's a locking peg. It starts off sticking up before installation, the fastener gets inserted then the peg pushed flat to lock it in place. Try pushing the peg all the way through.

Usually. Though you may need to hunt for the peg in the fender.

I just bought an assortment of car body plastic fasteners from Amazon. That way I can replace the ones I just snip off.

You underestimate the number of fastener designs out there. Even if you found a Honda-specific "assortment", I would give it about a 1-in-5 chance of having the specific fastener you need.
Measure the size of the hole, then search for something similar with the proper size.

That's not a peg, that's a dimple for a self tapping screw to screw in the mud flaps. Take a flathead and squeeze in those side clips to pull it out. Part # is 90682-SEA-003 if you need to replace them

Well that's dumb. Let's make a peg fastener, but leave out the peg! Leave it to Honda.

Thanks for the correction. ^_^

Here's a couple of examples of what I was expecting:
