Alternatives to the 2015 Fit?

My local Honda dealer is offering 2014 Civic LX on lease with Zero down, Zero Security and $199/mo 36/mo lease.

If the Fit goes on sale in June, then the color/ model I want may not be available till July. Trying to decide if it's already a July + delivery then maybe getting a killer year end deal on something else or waiting to see what other new and exciting 2015 offerings will be offered in shortly thereafter.

Since I sold my 2012 Fit to be ready to buy the 2015 fit I have been riding my M/C full time. I'm actually enjoying using the motorcycle.

The 2014 Civic lease deal sounds really good. Just get one of those, wait a couple of years for Honda to fix all the new car bugs on the GK Fit and then buy a Fit when the supply is higher than the demand.
It took Honda 2 years to get the current gen Civic right.

Here's my take. Sit down again and identify your "urgency" level. If there is currently no need, TIME is on your side. The longer you can hold off, the better deals you will get, FIT or any other Honda. Starting by Aug. mfgs. usually come out with their subsidized lease/financing pkgs. This is a good time since residuals will still be healthy plus subsidized rates. Both translating into a lower monthly. Continue with your strategy of making "0" down.

My son in SF got his Aprilia last Nov. He too is using that puppy everyday. With perfect CA weather for the next many months, keep riding that two-wheeler and make the dealers beg for your business.

I can't live without a motorcycle but hot Texas summers are getting to be more than I can handle.. I'm not actually riding a 2 wheeler these days but driving a 1500cc Vulcan sidecar rig.. The sidecar does spend some time in the air though..

Airing the sidecar wheel!!!! That's serious rider skills!!! Enjoy the 3-wheeler to its max!!!
