Startup message on radio

One of the things that annoys me about the Nissan Leaf is that every time you turn it on, there is a lawyer message on the screen requiring you to hit a button before you see useful info. This is particularly stupid because there are Accept and Decline buttons, but they both do the exact same thing.

I test drove a new Fit yesterday and was disappointed to see a similar message. It feels like I am riding with Honda's lawyers in the car every time I see it, and it annoys me enough that I would mark them down on the quality survey for it. Anyone know if this can be disabled?

Is this on the EX with nav? Might be another reason to opt for the LX!

Vote with your feet, folks, but remember to tell them why you changed.

It is on the EX and L. Its the same message you get on any mobile gps. No different than a mcdonalds cup of coffee warning you it is hot! Everything in life now contains legal disclaimers.

Don't fret.

It turns off before I'm even backed out of the driveway. No biggie.
