Pictures of 2015 LX vs. EX detail differences

I have some pictures taken over the weekend at two area dealers, that show some of the differences between the LX and EX models..... This group of pictures are mostly of a red LX CVT 2015 Fit. Most FF viewers have seen lots of pictures of the EX models.

I hope these answer some of the questions out there.

No Fits were harmed in the production of this post.

Thanks!

Helpful post! Wife and I just purchased an LX but no idea how different the finishing touches would look compared to the EX-L we test drove in.

Thanks. Local dealers don't seem to have any idea when they'll get a LX on the lot.

It was luck of the draw that this dealer had an LX to begin with, I am sure.... They started out getting 3 CVT 2015 Fits about 2 weeks ago now: this LX, and 2 EX's. They sold one of the EX's late last week and gave away the other on Saturday 2 days ago.

A lucky high school student that had perfect attendance in their Senior year won a silver 2015 EX in a drawing held a few hours before I was there. Dealer has sponsored this District - wide event for the past 6 years and has given away 6 new Fits. This year there were over 100 Seniors throughout the School District entered in the contest. Had to have perfect attendance for your Senior year to be eligible, and then be present at the drawing to win.

Good for them. The dealership gets points for contributing to the local community. Of course I'm sure they got some free media coverage for the event, but still that's impressive.

The one feature I do like over the EX is the black back tailgate piece in lieu of the chrome.

IMO the plastic hubcap covers are a bit better than old Base "plate" design too.
