A 99 Jimmy is not really anything like a Fit. You might want an SUV? But just looked up and your car has 14 mpg in the city, ouch.

I've got a 2002 SUV and got it inspected, 2 different opinions on it. Laundry list of things it needs replacing. Not to mention the back seat is busted. So I would get an inspection on your truck because what's the point in spending half or the entire value of the car on repairs if there's only going to be something else a few weeks later. Just a suggestion!

I was never quite comfortable when I had my GE on highways. I was downright terrified once during a long road trip with crosswinds really. It may have driven like a go kart but I honestly don't think its suitable for interstate travel, so its a good thing that they fixed that.

If you want another SUV like and wanted to downsize, the HR-V/Vezel that should be coming in a few months might be something you could look at when you're ready. But don't expect to find a manual in that.
