Yes, it is. Somebody could make a LOT of money by creating one that is high and long enough to be comfortable. I'm trying to find someone here (in Chicago) to do just that. There's an automobile upholstery shop that might be able to do the job -- if they don't cost an arm and a leg. I'll let you know how this plays out!

My gripe is not listed. I don't like that the headlights come on when the drivers door is opened but don't come on when the passenger doors are opened. I would have them not come on. There has to be a way to get this changed?

Also is there a way to get the beep to stop when you lock the car?

I also hate, hate, hate that the EX-L only comes in real cow skin leather. I want synthetic vegan material in my cars. Would've loved the nav and warm seats...Grrrrrr. And I hate there is no cargo cover and nobody sells knock offs on Ebay made in China. Grrrrrr. No cargo cover. Need a template if anyone can trace theirs and mail it to me in California. xo

I'm really trying to comprehend how people are having issues with the paddles on the steering wheel. They aren't exactly in the way of anything... >.>

3 simple things bug me about the GK5.

The audio unit's lack of a volume knob annoys me when I drive one!

There's no Sport or RS trim level.

Can't get a manual EX-L/EX-L Navi.

There are cargo covers available from Honda as an accessory. Made similar in style like the ones in the early GE8s.

I do wish they left off the armrest and just made a real one as an ala carte accessory option, similar to the thinking behind the cargo tray panel.

This is partially true in Canada, where the base Fit, the DX, comes with no centre console arm rest. Alas, they do not offer it as an option, so you need to buy it 3d party.

My answer: Bluetooth integration.

Why? I don't own a cell phone. Nope, not even an old flip phone. I have no need for a cell phone so why pay for one?

I got used to the low arm rest. I don't use the paddle shifters, and forgot they were there until I read it in this thread. The fabric I don't like so seat covers should solve that issue. Well once I decide on some.

It doesn't get freezing cold where I live so heated seats and mirrors wouldn't be used either.

I pretty much only listen to CDs and my iPod. The steering wheel controls are awesome!

My shallowness showed when I went for the keyless entry (love it!), push to start (swoon), and moonroof. Love all three!

I would have posted this in a separate thread, but I tried to post something yesterday and it never came through. Must be you have to have so many replies to other posts before you can make your own?

Anyway, for those of you who now have a 2015/2016 model and have previously owned a 2008, can you tell me what the biggest differences are in how it drives?

trunk's foam tray under the floor. thing is useless. too shallow and the thing falls part each time you take it out to check psi on the spare. honda needs to make the voids deeper so that we can at least put a compact air pump in there.

I voted "Touch screen infotainment system", but that is actually not bad, a little slow to respond sometimes, but overall, makes for a clean interface that would seem 'update-able' as new features are developed (yes, wishful thinking...).

But my main gripe is just lack of a volume knob. I don't know how many times I've been blasted because of differences between the bluetooth volume on my phone and the radio volume. In those sound implosion moments, I need to quickly silence the sound and doing so with a knob is rather quick and intuitive.

I like most of the other features that come with EX, but this is also my first Fit.

I don't really ever use lane watch because my other cars don't have it and I don't want to form bad habits of looking at the dashboard instead of the right hand mirror.

Love the FIT

My only BIG complaint with our 2015 EX CVT is the Honda Dealers.

I'm starting to think I'm the only person that thinks the seats are comfortable. Ah well.

Nope. We find them very comfortable, and that includes several 8 and 12 hour trips.
