Red EX has landed

Picked up my EX MT today and am stoked!! Had the windows tinted by the dealer because of the intense Colorado sun out here; glad I did. Love this car!!

Sweet ride! I'm in Littleton, I too went for the tint! Keeps even the EX-Ls pretty easy to cool down after baking outside. Now I think I need my other car tinted too!

Also, since you're in Boulder... did you see Fisher Honda's youtube video I posed a while back? "does the Fit fit in Boulder"

I'm curious, what level of tint did you both use? My daughter is taking her new "Passion Berry Pearl", to be tinted in the morning, but she is not sure if she want's dark or light (35% or 55%). We do know she will get "carbon" based tint, and not "metal" tint, to avoid signal issues.

I met the long haired guy in the video and told him I was there to by a fit, and thought his video was hilarious. Kind of like meeting a celebrity.

My dealer put 35% on, or whatever is legal here. Dark look from the outside but very easy to see out of from within.

I put a deposit down on a red EX MT over the weekend! I'm so excited. It'll be my first Fit. The red looks just as good as I had hoped, and the tint really takes it to the next level. Very classy!

Well, my daughter decided on the StarTec CXP @ 55 on the rear and side windows, and had the sunroof and front windshield sun strip done in 18. She is very happy with the results. The 55 is a very classy look, without being too dark. I was sitting in the front passenger seat, staring up at the sun through the sunroof, and did not even wince. The tint is a nice compliment to the "Passion Berry Pearl" color.

Sounds like a good combination. Be sure and take some pictures if you can. We would love to see the results.
