OEM accessories - who would you recommend to install them?

I got a call today from Anderson Honda told me that the 2015 Fit EX-CVT in Aegean Blue was in! So I'm going down there tomorrow to see it. She told me they only had on the automatic alarm system which they could take off. No extra accessories. So what I'm thinking of doing is ordering the accessories OEM and getting some Honda place to install them. What do you think?
I want to get all season car mats, a cargo cover, mud guards and a cargo tray. I would just have to get the mud guards and the cargo tray installed; I could install the mats and the cargo cover myself. Do you know of any Honda place that would allow a customer bring OEM accessories to them and have them install it? Or should I try and go to automotive service place and have them install it? The OEM prices are a lot cheaper, so I would only pay for labor. I would appreciate any advice.

Why not get together with some other Fit owners in your area and do a install meet. You will meet like minded enthusiasts and learn how to wrench on your own car.

The splash guards require a drill and I'm not mechanically inclined, so I would let someone else do it. Not sure about the Cargo Cover, but I'd let someone else do it. Thanks.

DIY for most of the stuff,

if you need installers, please find a good independent shop to do it, than dealers to get them installed.

Thanks. I'll look into it.

cargo cover was very easy to install. just 2 clips that you push in and it's even got indented slots where the clips go.

Paid $55.XX with at Richfield Bloomington Honda to have mudguards installed (with $5 off coupon). They were going to charge me $154.99 plus tax to get the mudguards from them. I ordered from College Hills Honda and with shipping paid $68.XX. So I got my mudguards installed for $123.XX vs. ~$167 from dealer...saved $44 or ~26%. I myself am not mechanically inclined and after watching the mudguard install from afar, I would definitely recommend having them installed by professionals. Hope this helps.

As a Dad with grown boys, might I offer another suggestion? Find a friend (older or a peer) who *does* have mechanical skills (and tools), and ask them to show you how to do the install. Drilling a couple holes is not rocket surgery, and learning how to use a hand drill is a skill you'll use over and over the rest of your life.

Then take the $50 you saved and go buy your own drill.

I got a remote start installed and I would recommend letting the dealer or another Honda authorized place do it so it is covered by your 3yr warranty and I think honda care will also cover it as well.
