Red Emblem

Does anyone know if the Red Honda emblem exists for the 2015 Fit (Front/Back). My new Fit is Black, so I think the Red/Black will look really good together.

Thanks!

The red emblems are rare because they add too much power to the car.

If I remember correctly, the red emblems people were putting on the GE8 were JDM Integra Type R and Civic Type R emblems that just so happened to fit.

I wouldn't mind Red emblems on a Milano Red Fit, but I can't justify spending that much money just to change the color of an emblem. Better to first pay the car off If you have already, the cost of those emblems will almost get you a rear sway bar. On my GE8 the Progress bar I put on actually made a noticeable difference in handling for only $160 And from what I've read about this new Fit, the handling is worse than the GE8 mostly because of the changes to the rear suspension, so if and when I trade my GE8 in for the GK, my first order of business (just as every Honda I've ever owned) is to better the handling. I found that my GE8 responded well to lightweight Enkie RPF1 15x7's with Toyo R1R tires, and luckily I still have that wheel tire combo sitting in the garage. Now if we could just get some rear sway bars and some good adjustable shocks from the aftermarket, we'll be good to go.

I wasn't really planning on doing a bunch of tacky stuff, just thought the little piece of red would look good with the black. Since it doesn't look like there are many engine modifications out. a rear sway bar would be nice though.

People just seem to jump to conclusions at the slightest hint of tackiness, I ignore those types of comments. Do what you want, it's your car. Remember this car is new and there isn't much aftermarket support yet, but so far we do know that Spoon and Bisimoto are prototyping for this car. From the looks of things, I'm thinking it is a possibility that the same emblems could have been used on the GE and the GK. If that's the case look up the thread on Red emblems from the 2nd Gen forum, somewhere in there it tells you what emblems work and where you can buy them. A more cost effective option, I just remembered one Fit Freak member cut up pieces of red stickers and simply put stickers inside his OE emblems, sounds cheesy but with skilled hands he actually pulled it off and they looked genuine. Something to consider if you don't want to fork out $50-100 for emblems.
