Pondering a purchase

Hi all,
I'm new to the site. I am planning on purchasing a 2015 Honda Fit. I will be trading in my 2006 Element. I am curious as to what would be the reasoning to buy either the ex or ex-l rather than the lx.

I will be getting the manual transmission. Any additional information on the Fit would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

Wow, big decision, and endless debate on this forum. We purchased the EX, because of the additional features for what we considered to be a fair price. Having said that, we could not justify the even greater expense for the EX-L, or EX-L with navigation, since we did not care at all for leather. So, Price was our major consideration. We compromised with the EX level as being somewhere in the middle of the available range.

I think I have decided on the EX! I'm looking forward to it, thank you for your input

I am also considering a 2015 Fit. And i would most likely be going for the LX as it has the necessary features, with the back up camera being really helpful. I am not keen on most of the EX features except for the right hand turn camera. Also i prefer the old style knobs as opposed to touch screen controls. And finally the little extra mileage in LX model seals the deal for me. That's my reasoning for the LX.

I am holding out until Android Auto is released. If none of the models will support it, then I wait until next year or buy a different subcompact car that will support it.

I don't see how Honda can ignore such a large market for long (Android).
