JD Power Survey

I received an email yesterday to take the JD Power survey on my '15 Fit EX. Gave it "full marks" on everything, but also left comments that the seats could do with another inch or two rearward adjustment and that the OEM audio is somewhat lacking in sound quality, even for an entry-level car.

I kept having to remind myself this is a survey on *initial* quality and impressions of the car (as opposed to long-term quality). So far, mine has been about as good as one could ask (have yet to see any of the issues that have been floating around on the forum). My build sequence number is in the 19,6xx range, so hopefully most of the teething bugs were worked out by that point.

If I got the survey today, would definitely give it the same high rating. Its been less than two weeks and its spent its life mostly in the garage. That said, my GK has 500 miles on the odo. For what it is, affordable, spacious, economical, reliable sub-compact, I have no issues (so far).

Lets see if its long term performance keeps me as satisfied and my previous GD.

For now, am loving every moment of ownership just like the OP.

3,200 on mine, and no problems at all. The kids love it because of the rear seat room. I gave them a choice of going to CA in the Camaro or the Fit. Told them the money saved on gas would mean more to spend there. They love the Camaro, but unanimously chose the Fit for the gas money saved. (I knew they would, but had to let them think it was their idea to leave Bumble Bee at home)

If we want Honda to make improvements for next year you have to nit-pick a little.

If I could find something to nit-pick about, I would. But fact is, I can't. I never got a JD survey on the Fit. Gave the dealer a lousy review, though, to Honda.

Never got a JD Power survey, unfortunate because I've got quite a bit of heat to put into it.

I got one and it was LONG. I gave it normally high marks except for the infotainment area. Many vehicles with this new technology are having issues.
