My Aegean Blue EX CVT

Really loving the car so far. The blue is unreal, it's such a deep and rich color. Only mods so far are OEM all weather mats, OEM cargo liner, DIY armrest extension and DIY cargo cover.

The pic posted is a looker.
A. Blue is such a fine color. Hell, I thought it was a marketing pic from Honda USA!!!! Tell me you didn't use your cell phone for that.

Gotta share pics of the DIY armrest and cargo cover.

Thanks Rott! No potatophone picture, it was with my trusty 5D2.

The armrest and cargo cover are both shamefully tacky but function well enough until we can do a group buy on the OEM armrests from south america or whatever market they're being sold to.

I'll grab some pics of them and post up tomorrow though.

Cool picture! You made a wise decision! I got the EX-CVT in Aegean Blue too. I just got it detailed with a synthetic polymer sealant/polish (3M), so it should last a year looking sharp! I love this color!

Very nice photo Blake, even if you did shoot it with a Canon.

Beautiful color!

Haha thanks - that's exactly the type of snark I'd expect from a Nikon shooter!

That is a gorgeous color and photo, Blake. Congrats! I, too, would be interested in seeing a photo or photos of your DIY armrest extension.

I'll work on that today. Be advised, its of roughly the same fit and finish as my cargo cover.

I want to blow this photo up and tape it to my wall as a poster, like I did with New Kids on the Block when I was 10 years old. Seriously. It's a perfect example of why I was so keen on getting an Aegean Blue Fit, and why I nearly cried when I realized I wasn't going to be able to get mine.

Aegean Blue too!

So, do you find yourself checking out all the other blue cars on the road and feeling kinda sorry for their drivers 'cause, you know, this Aegean really blows them outta the water!! Pun intended...

Haha yes, exactly this! Although I have to say, Ford has a very nice royal blue right now too.
