Fit focus group.

Tonight I attended a focus group at the dealership where I purchased my fit. There were 10 other Fit owners and the representatives from Honda USA.

We shared our honest thoughts on the Fit and it was fun and informative.

I brought up some of the issues that have been discussed on this forum and aside from one person complaining about the paint, nobody there had experienced any of these problems.

Has anyone else been contacted or participate in one if these groups?

You average Fit owner is probably completly clueless to any defect.

As a previous gen Fit owner, I wish I could be invited to some of these.

Remember that the purpose of those focus groups are pretty much to hone the marketing campaign, not to collect information on problems. They find out what prompted you to buy a Fit with an eye toward doing that to more people.

I know of one S2000 owner who sold his car to purchase a Fit and compete in B-Spec class with it

Why wouldn't he just buy a Miata and compete in spec Miata?

Better to drive, cheaper, allows for ownership of both that and S2000.
