When I fold the back seats up or down, my center seat belt buckle gets crushed between the seat back and cushion. Twice now it's happened, mostly after folding up the seat cushion.

Maybe I'm just being a little careless with it, but has anyone else had this happen? It seems that the elastic would keep it from being smashed, but maybe it's a flawed design.

 

Yep, same thing. I just lower it, fish the buckle up, then fold it back down. It seems to like the stretchy material that holds them both isn't firm enough. Perhaps a velcro cable tie would fix the issue.
