Regarding the topic, my best average hwy mpg has been 42 but not only 70% hwy.
I will be doing CA to KS trip some time this year and will see if I can reach 50+ with my GK CVT.

Great run! I can still manage runs over 50 when it's not too far below freezing, but I can't string enough together for a tank.

A good trip is a good trip. Nice work.

I can easily hit 50mpg on a 100 mile trip to SF. Cruise control set at ~65.
