Motor Question...
Ok so maybe this is setting me up for flames or whatever but I can't find a solid link or answer to this, despite several weeks of searching. So, is this motor new or does something else share it?

The L15B in the 2015 Fit? It's a new motor design if that's what you mean, first year of production.
