My 2015's Eco button light doesn't work

The green leaf on the dash only lights up every now and then, seemingly when it feels like it, when I push the green Eco button. It is a LX cvt, 1000 miles. Is this normal or should I take it to the dealer?

I would take it to the dealer, you don't know if its just the indicator light that's not working or if the entire ECON system is failing.

Issue Solved

Well, I don't think anyone else will have this problem, but I hate unresolved threads so here we go.

I took the car to the dealer I bought it from, and they tried to tell me that it was normal, and that the LX didn't have the Econ option, and that as long as the Eco Assist lights around the speedometer were changing, the Econ mode was working. Total B.S.

So I took the car to another Honda dealer, and told them nothing about my first attempt to get it repaired. After they called the Honda Techline a few times, they discovered it was a loose ground wire in the steering column. After they fixed that, the car works perfectly.

Tameron Honda in Spanish Fort, Alabama has an amazing service department. Free Starbucks, great techs, and they fixed my problem when my dealer tried to give me the runaround. They will be getting all of my service business.

You should also let us know the bad dealerships name so people know to stay away.

Or complain to Honda Corp as the dealers are representing them. Honda doesn't want bad rep from anyone so it's good idea to let them know about it.
