2016 Honda Fit - Goodridge brake hose kits

I drove a GD3 Fit for 10 years and it had Goodridge steel braided brake hoses installed. Made a world of difference and I'm trying to find a set for my 2016 Fit now. Nothing is coming up in Google searches.

Will older Fit Goodridge brake hose kits work?

What differences did it make?

I imagine they would confer the same benefits that braided steel brake lines have over in the motorcycle world, more hydraulic force goes to the brake pads, less force goes to swelling the rubber lines. Result would be a "firmer" pedal and better braking.

Have you compared the part numbers for the brake hoses for the GD versus the GK? Maybe if you could compare the actual hoses you could determine if the hoses would cross reference.

The GK is most likely too new for braided brake lines to be out yet specifically for it.

Thanks Uncle Gary. Didn't think about that.

Will try to find the brake hose part numbers.
