USB Audio not pausing with a phone call
Hi there - my BlackBerry isn't a reliable audio source (I have to reset it a lot, and when I do, it takes a few minutes to reload), so I grudgingly switched to USB for audio purposes on my 2015 EX Fit (Canada). I love the consistency of it, and use the "Switch input" to initiate a pause when I know I need to, but unfortunately when I receive a call, the audio does get interrupted, but continues in the background. I thought I was just imagining things, but after missing almost a whole chapter of an audiobook, I had a glimpse of what was happening.
Is it possible that an upgrade to the software of the head unit exists, and if so, this issue is resolved?

No software upgrade exists or is planned for the 2015 HU, US or Canada. I would say its a software issue with the phone. When a call comes in, the bluetooth sends a signal to any streaming app to stop playing. Some older software may not have this pause code built in. That's my guess. I haven't had a blackberry in years, was surprised they still existed.
