Hi there, I did a search for things like flaking and peeling and HVAC but didn't see anything like this posted for the 3rd gen Fit. I have recently noticed that the paint on my HVAC knobs are starting to peel. Both on the vent and fan speed selector. See attached photo as an example. It's not bad now, but I have only had the car since November 2014, so who knows how it will go in a few years.

Anyone else out there experience this?

My old 911 had something similar and they replaced the buttons under warranty. Might try my luck with the same from Honda.

 

Should be covered under the usual 3yr/50k/km warranty or whatever your bumper to bumper coverage is up there (3/36 in USA). I know my local dealer would do it if in warranty.
