I've been trying to dig up info but all I have found is some mentions of the Power/Home/Eject combo for the mid to high range head units. Anybody know of the combo to get to it on the base LX?

 

While the stereo is off, hold 1 and 6, and then press the power button while still holding 1 and 6. You’ll hear a beep and be in the menu. If you upgraded your speakers, you can turn EQ off in the the sound menu, and you’ll have a lot more mid bass back.

 

it seems like the EQ and Loudness setting automatically turns itself back ON when I turn my car off and back on. My subwoofer hits just right then feel like it loses that power the next day and come to find out those settings are back on. Is there a way to keep the preset EQ and Loudness permanently off?
