raising front of the seats

I seem to recall a thread discussing how to use spacers and longer bolts to raise the front of the Fit's seats. My searching skills can't find it. Can anyone help?

My signature has a link to my mods which document the parts I used.

I can't imagine having the stock flat seats again, which is my primary complaint with the fit ergonomics.
