help me ID engine bay things

Can you help me ID these objects in the engine bay? No. 1 is a black box that has wires coming out of it, No. 2 is the series of tubes that comes from under the engine into the firewall (looks delicate), No. 3 is a box with heat sink fins along one side, it's behind the battery

Number 2 is one of the air conditioner lines going to/from the condenser.

I think #3 is the computer module.

Now you have me worried: I opened the hood only once, a few months after buying the Fit...just to be sure that there is an engine!
I had been driving a VW TDI the past 15 years..............

I assume that the VW was not one of the cheaters that the company is buying back.

Per local law, I had my emission check done today. I told the guy he was wasting his time. I've never owned a Honda that didn't pass the current standards with flying colors. The Fit is number four.

Ha, the cat died on my 1.8T GTI right after the warranty expired and the replacement was so expensive, I played cat and mouse with the state for years.
