I'd like a front facing camera and video screen on the left A-pillar. That way it would look like I had no left A pillar at all, just a clear line of sight through. I'd prefer this over the right side Lanewatch camera.

 

Maybe, the regulators could mandate a Significant Other in the passenger seat (or back seat?) to add another pair of eyes.

That would solve the issue, for sure. (But cause others...)
