Yeah I stayed away from the stealership accessories. Bought the Husky liner floor mats and cargo tray, rear tints, and a Covercraft UVS100 custom sunshade. Only other thing I would consider is the Progress rear sway bar, I'm just not sure yet if it's worth $200 and if the additional weight would've decrease my excellent 42mpg highway mileage.

I picked my Progress RSB for about $170 and it really doesn't weigh that much. Maybe 1-2lbs at the most. Does not affect my 40-45 MPG at all.

Same place has it for $160 now: https://thmotorsports.com/progress-t...i-2202796.aspx

Using theft prevention devices or tools isn't really EVER about thinking you have made your vehicle absolutely theft or vandalism proof. That really isn't the point and everyone should know it.

It's about doing something, to make your vehicle just that much less attractive to a thief than the vehicle that may be parked next to it or down the street.

It's kind of like the old joke, I don't have to be faster than the bear, I just have to be faster than you.
Your car doesn't have to be theft proof, it just has to be less of a desirable target than those vehicles around it.

Sure most hard tool theft prevention devices are easily defeated. But I still think, if you are a thief and have a choice between totally unprotected and wheel locks? You're probably going to go with totally unprotected.
