2018 LED Fogs in 2015 Fit

Does anyone know if the new 2018 LED fogs will plug and play with the 2015 fit?

Cant see why not. Its the projector housing for the LED. You may have to do some drilling to modify the mounting, but I'm going to say certainly possible.

Here is what you can look to expect for your 2015.
