There would be visibility issues with driving a right side car in a left side society.
I have the same problem whenever I'm in the states driving a rental car.

1. Open the passenger door and wonder where the steering wheel is.
2. Turn a corner and without thinking about it, start driving down the wrong side of the road.
3. using the wipers when I want to signal a lane change.

Erma Bombeck once wrote "I've lived in the fast lane and lived in the slow lane, but you haven't lived until you've been in the wrong lane."
