2009 vs 2017 Fit winter tires
I'm hoping someone can tell me if the winter tires that I previously bought for a 2009 Honda Fit will work on my newly purchased 2017 Honda Fit.
From looking online, it says the 2009 Fit is supposed to have 175/65R15 tires and the 2017 Fit is supposed to have 185/55R16. The winter tires that I purchased are 185/70R14. On a tire size comparison website, it says there will be +0.8% difference in diameter, 0% in width, +27.5% in sidewall, +0.8% in circum. and -7 in revs/mile between the normal 2017 Fit and my winter tires. Are these within an acceptable range?
Thank you!

Wait, are the 14" tires already mounted on 14" wheels from the previous car?
Edit- looking at this thread again, my question was probably ridiculous. At least, I hope it was.

OP, I have 185/70R14 on my 2017 right now. New steelies and Michelins bought this year from Tire Rack. They fit great. As long as the offset on the wheels is good, (and it should be if they were on your previous Fit), you should be fine.
