Creaking driver's seat.

Whenever I go over a bump, or just scoot my butt, the driver's seat creaks like an old couch. Any idea how to fix?

9000 miles now. I got it at 5000 and I don't remember it making that sound at first.

My driver's seat frame cracked at about 20,000 miles.
It was a warranty repair, no questions asked by dealership.
I got the impression while it is not exactly a common issue, but it happens often enough that the service reps are well aware of the issue.

I am 100% certain the creaking is coming from the plastic panel on the bottom right side of the driver's seat (part 81648-T5R-A01ZA). Once I removed it, the creaking completely stopped. The question is, how do I make it stop with the cover on?

So I was wrong. The sound returned even without the plastic cover. I went to the dealership and they weren't able to duplicate it. The service adviser was even willing to take a drive with me to hear it, and NOTHING. A few minutes after I left, the sound came back. It's driving me crazy, and making me look crazy.

This is a video of me just parking my car at home. The parking lot is a bit bumpy, but I'm not intentionally trying to make the seat creak

How were you able to tell that it was breaking/broken?

You wouldn't happen to have a picture of the crack, would you?

Unfortunately no, I was surprised told me that since I was expecting to hear that they could not reproduce the sound. Now, if they could only hear that VTC rattle in the AM.

Replaced Driver Seat

I had the same creaking from about 3,000 miles and now have almost 36,000. They just replaced the frame under warranty.

Did the creaking transition to an actual crack in the frame?

I've been to the dealership three times and they could not duplicate the damn sound.

I don't know. It took at least 3 visits and over a year I had a mechanic take a ride with me and the 1st time no creaking. Then last week I had a different mechanic and he said it sounded like it was the seat. They ordered a new frame and gave me a loaner for the day. NO creaking since they replaced it. This was at Auburn Honda in CA.
