What's wrong with the one it comes with?

 

I have an 18 Sport as well and I bought an HKS silent Hipower.
The cut out for the tip on the bumper doesn’t line up exactly in the center of the aftermarket exhausts meant for the cutout-less 15-17s

 

 

It’s mildly aggressive, no drone so it’s not annoying.
The offset doesn’t bother me so much visually, but I did strap it to try and center it as best as possible. Without it, it’s pretty close to touching the bumper skin and that would make rattling noises for sure, not to mention slowly melting your bumper area

 

There's a few youtube videos out there with exhaust sounds, but if you're thinking at all about putting an RV6 downpipe on your car, you will get an annoying raspy sound a little over 3k. None of the common axle back exhausts seem to get rid of it, but a large perforated core straight through muffler will.

 

does tanabe make axle backs for the GK? i'd get that.

 

They used to, I have a Tanabe Medallion Touring (iir the name correctly) on my '15, love the sound, it's fairly sedate when cruising, sounds great when giving it the gas - not a fartcan by any means....I'd assume they still make it for the GK unless Honda changed the exhaust routing in '18, which I doubt. Dunno how it would go with an '18 Sport, but sits right nice with the '15 stock bumper

 

I love the Tanabe Medallion. Easily the best mod that we made on our '17 Fit.

 

sounds good. i had one on my GE in the past and liked the tone.

 

 

yah, looks like chrysler precision. maybe a muffler shop can fix that for you

 

looks great, what u lower on? everything else stock minus the optional spoiler?
