Warning Lights
My son has a 2015 Fit with about 84 k miles. The lights came on for the electric steering and traction control. He'll have to bring it back to the dealer when they can diagnose it.
In the meantime, it failed inspection because the check engine light came one. Luckily, it was something simple - debris around the air mass sensor. The dealer cleaned it and reset the codes - no charge. Now, he'll have to drive it before it can be inspected again. The cycle after resetting codes is three cold starts, driving till it warms up.
So, the next time you're under the hood, you might want to take a look at the tube leading to the air mass sensor.

So, my son will have to drive it till Tuesday when he'll get it inspected. I hope he doesn't get a ticket if he gets stopped. He has the Fail notice from the first inspection, but no paperwork from Honda.
No. All he did was clean out the area by the Mass Air Sensor. I check the filter occasionally, and it's not ready for a cleaning yet. The Check Engine light hasn't come on again, and I'll bring it for an inspection on Tuesday. Then I'll have to bring it back to Honda and have them find out why the steering and traction lights are coming on. It costs $140 just to diagnose the problem. : (
