KYB or Gabriel

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group and would have to say I'm excited to learn a lot about the Fit from this community.
Recently bought a used Fit with 100K km and need to replace the shocks/struts. Being in New Zealand, the brand options are limited so I have to order them through Amazon.
Just wondering if anyone has installed Gabriel Ultra struts and if they're fine (better than Monroe)? In Amazon, they're $50 NZ cheaper than KYB Excel-G. Not trying to be cheap but just looking for an acceptable shock replacement that's worth the value with good ride quality.

For anyone who installed the Gabriel struts, is it the Gabriel G52153 / G52152? Can you get the mounts from them or if not, could you use the KYB ones?
Or should I just bite the bullet and get KYB for better ride quality and longevity?

Appreciate your response!

I would pass both Gabriel and Monroe, and invest on KYB or Koni (if they have shocks for Fit) for better quality i.e. longer lifetime.

Thanks @TnTkr . I've looked at Rockauto and they have the front struts (parts 3330045 and 3330046) available and cheaper than in Amazon.
For the rear shocks (part 3440007), it's a bit hard to find. Anyone has installed Monroe at the back and which model and part number?

I've heard Koni is good.

Would the Koni 8050-1131 (rear) work just fine even if you're using stock springs? I'm happy with the height of the car, just need to replace the shocks.

I found the KYB 3440007 from an Australian website so will probably just get it as well to match the front struts.

I dont know. Unfortunately. From the threads I've seen, the 09-14 Orange should fit. I think Hasdrubal is running them, from https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/gene...ml#post1444499

Sorry guys, I don't check this forum as often as I used to. Yes, I'm running Koni Orange from the GE fit, front and rear. I actually used a GE install thread from here, did the work in my garage. Everything went pretty much as advertised, so I didn't take any photos.

I think this is the thread I used for reference-
