1st gear hard to get into sometimes
2015 EX 6MT. 75k miles.
I'll be stopped and trying to go into 1st gear, but it doesn't seem to go in fully. It goes about halfway into the gear. I've had to shift back into neutral, clutch, then put it into 1st gear again.
Anyone else have this problem? Is this a sign of the clutch going out? Or a bad synchro on 1st?
ALSO! Does anyone know where to even buy a clutch kit for the L15B1? I can't seem to find them ANYWHERE!

I've had many cars with that issue (and reverse, too). You just need to de-clutch to get the internal parts rotating (as you did), then seek first again. Has happened on our CR-V since new.
That said, when was the last time you did a drain & fill of the trans fluid? The anti-wear additives in it DO wear out. I replace mine every 3 years/30K miles.
I only use Honda (or Acura) manual trans fluid.
Don't try and force it into gear!

I use Amsoil Synchromesh 5W-30 in all my honda manual transmissions and it has proven to be excellent. http://www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/transmission-fluid/manual/manual-synchromesh-transmission-fluid-5w-30/
A friend recommended it to me as he uses it in his Honda track car with good results. I've been using this stuff for over 10 years with zero issues. I did notice shifting to be much easier and less work. You may just have mashed synchros in first gear (hopefully not).
Definitely change your transmission oil and see if things change in your favour 👍
