I'm planning a major audio system upgrade on my 2019 Honda Fit EX. I want to replace the Head unit with an aftermarket Pioneer double DIN head unit with a 4 channel and Subwoofer amp, a JL Audio W6v3d410" subwoofer. for the speakers I'm planning on a set of Hertz MPK 165.3 Pro component speakers in the front doors

Hertz MPK 165.3 PRO Mille PRO Series 6-1/2" component speaker system

and MPK 165.3 Pro coaxials in the rear door. What I need to know is were to install the tweeters for the Hertz component speakers in the front. Crutchfied says they won't fit in the factory tweeter location and that they have to be surface mounted although I was thinking of cutting a circular hole in the plastic front door trim panel and mounting the tweeters there on the front left and right doors. Has anyone done this and if so how did it turn out for you or if not were did you mount the tweeters.
