LX radio display issue (5" inch)

I have an LX with the 5" inch display radio. When listening to the radio the display switches to an all black screen with the time in the right upper corner. There is a blue bar that appears at the top with info about what's playing (e.g. track, radio station, etc.) but then it disappears after a few seconds. I have tried switching the "Display Change" settings back and forth from "Audio" to "Wallpaper" but it has no affect. I still only get the black screen with the time.

Per the manual when you change the "Display Change" setting to "Audio" you get a screen with information about the audio being played. When you set it to "Wallpaper" you get either a giant analog clock or a picture you uploaded. I have uploaded wallpapers and selected them in the menu but all I get is the black screen.

What am I missing to get the Audio or Wallpaper screen to show up? Anyone else having this issue?

What does screen say at startup. If there is a warning, hit OK and all the features will be unlocked.

I get silver Honda emblem when starting the car. I do not see any warnings.

Top left button controls the brightness (day, night, and off).
