My wife and i just bought the bottom bones FIT LX, going specifically for the LAX because we wanted a volume knob rather than a touch screen volume increase. And while it has bluetooth, it doesn't apparently have a microphone ability, is there any way to add that feature without replacing the head unit? i found this:

and was wondering if there are other things like it. If not, does anyone have any ideas?

 

What do you mean by microphone ability? It definitely has a microphone for making calls.

 

Thanks for posting. When i went back to check the Honda website to see if it had mic capability it wasn't made clear. We don't have the car yet, Honda is giving us a rental car until our fit arrives.

Great to know it comes with that feature. In fact, when a car comes this well loaded, i'm not sure why anyone wouldn't buy a car like this?

 

FYI, all the trim levels have Bluetooth hands free calling. The mic is up where the map lights are
