2015 LX Wheel Bearings? Grinding sound front axel
2015 LX Wheel Bearings? Grinding sound front axel
Hi all! I had to make a new account here but I've got a 2015 Honda LX and I just had the wheel bearing replaced on the front driver's side wheel.
I noticed a bad grinding sound so I brought it in to the dealership. They said the wheel bearing on the front driver's wheel was bad, and needed replacement, and that the front passenger side was on it's way out, too.
$500 later, they replaced my front driver's side wheel bearing. I still hear the sound. It's not improved at all. Could this mean the passenger side bearing is also a culprit, or could it be something else?
I've managed to capture the sound from before and after the bearing was replaced, I could probably upload them to youtube and share here if that is helpful.
Also... $500? Isn't that a little high?
