I have had mine since Oct. 2014, and I am almost at 19k. The Firestone tires look good still(rotated 2x already, and another one soon).

Definitely considering the Michelins. Just wasn't figuring on buying new tires so soon.

I checked today and Abe is almost up to his shoulders at 8K miles. I'm guessing I've got a while. Eventually I'll probably get Michelins.

Forgot to mention in my prior post (quoted above) that I have done two rotations. Are you guys that are getting a lot of premature wear rotating your tires or driving on rough roads a lot?

Over 45K wear marks

I have over 45K miles on 2015 LX CVT and the wear marks show. No cords yet. Will get new tires on a trip to salestaxless Oregon soon.

I've Upgraded the Tires on lots of cars when they were worn but I am not sure at all what to get for the Fit. Considering a set of Continental DWS like I had on the MX5 but I wonder how quiet they would be. .

I replaced my Bridgestone at 51k. (See previous posts) The front driver side tire had a large bubble on the sidewall.

Replaced them with Michilens. Have over 30k on them and lots of tread left.

Nice 51k. I have the Firestone tires, I hope I can get that much out of it.

Once the tires need replacing, I will replace them with 205/50/16 instead.. now, which brand/line when the time comes

I also have the Bridgestones, so that's encouraging. It's mostly low speed stop start for me.

I just hit 50,000 today on my firestones. I have had them rotated 4 times if I remember correctly, I would bet they still have about 5,000 miles of life left.

I drove pretty aggressively on mine when I was driving in the city, which was most of the time. I managed to squeeze out 26,000 miles, but that was with about 8,000 highway miles (roughly). At that point, the belts were starting to show (not even close to legal), so don't try to stretch them that far.

Wow that's a big range of numbers. Some have got low 20k, and others almost 50k. Definitely sounds like it depends on a lot of conditions including driving style.

+ juan. mine were driven aggressively through a lot of twisties. people like harry houdini do a lot of highway, so his tires are subject to less scrubbing/wear. all depends on use.

i go through clutch pedal covers like crazy. i wear the corner of the pedal cover off yearly. just my method of clutch use. in fact, i just swapped brake and clutch covers to get some more life out of them.

I had my car back to the dealer about the excessive wear on the right rear tire. They checked the alignment and found the right rear wheel to be far out of spec. Since Honda makes no provision for wheel alignment at the rear, they're replacing the entire rear axle under warranty. Too late for this set of tires, though. I can only hope the new axle is better than the old one.

So far, Honda hasn't been able to fix any of the warranty issues I've had with this car, so I'm not optimistic.

They are 2 out of 4 for me.

My front driver's side window would rattle - Could not fix
Misaligned front bumper - Taken it 3 times and could not fix
Bubble in front driver's side window - Replaced under warranty, this also fixed the window rattle but I' not giving them credit for that because they refused to replace it initially when I asked.
Rear Passenger wheel liner falling down - replaced under warranty.
