I'm wondering if anyone has ever made a small fold out table for the back? I'm thinking something that can be folded out and setup with one strut. If you find the right strut (adjustable), it could be something that doesn't even touch the ground. As it could be designed to connect to that little loop thing under the back bumper/trim.

I'm thinking of making something that would replace the trim now for something a little sturdier and folds out to a table. It could be pretty handy for many things. I'm thinking roughly a table about 28" x 28".
