"Check Charge System" mystery issue on the highway and going up hills

Hi, long time lurker, first time poster on fit freak. I've had a 2015 GK5 for a few months now and it's throwing the dreaded "Check Charge System" error, along the with the 3 dash lights (low tps, traction control, and power steering) that always come along with it. It all goes away after a few times of the car being turned off and started up again. I had the battery replaced by Honda for roughly $100, because there was a larger battery than oem in there when I bought it. I had the alternator tested and then had a gr8 test performed at Honda as well. Alternator is super healthy, and they can't find anything wrong. But every single time my car is revving about 3500 rpm or more for about 5-10 seconds or longer, this check charge system light will appear once again, like clockwork. It never appears if I take it easy and drive the car exceptionally slow going up hills or don't exceed 65 in 6th gear on the highway, but honestly it's such a stressful problem. It makes me afraid to drive the car out of state or on the highway for an extended period of time because I feel like something is gonna get fried. I also can't really lay into it when I want to because I don't like throwing those lights. I'm thinking about taking it back to Honda this weekend and having them test it again and tell them to make sure they rev it high enough to throw the lights while they test, or maybe even just take it to advanced or O'reilly and have them test it while I rev it that high myself. I would greatly appreciate any tips or advice from anyone who has experienced the same thing. This issue has me at my wit's end! Cheers to anyone reading this, I know it was a long post!
I'm starting to believe that the alternator is overcharging the battery at higher rpms, but I can't go and have it replaced solely based on an educated guess. If anyone has any ideas let me know!

when i went thru this similar issue, i ruled out ignition coils, spark plugs and fuel injectors and even replaced my alternator. Found out it was the single (purple wire) from ecu to alternator that was outputing high resistance. Ended up getting the entire engine wiring harness replaced thru extended warranty, although i think a replacement of that wire might solve the problem.

A buddy of mine who went thru the same found it was a loose nut somewhere on the positive terminals for the battery. Might wanna check there.

Good luck sir! And dont give up... i almost did.
