im struggling to get the rca cable through the rubber cable covers in behind. I’m using a hanger to fish it through. I can’t. What would you suggest?

 

Lube with silicone. Or cut the plug, thread the wire through and reattach the plug.

 

You can get RCA to 2.5mm and 3.5 mm mono cables and adapters. The mono plugs are a little smaller than RCA, so you might be able to fish a cable with those ends through, then use adapters at the end to go back to RCA. Amazon has many.

 

I did it in under 30 seconds with a silicon lube. Thanks a lot.
