Are you asking what viscosity oil to use, or synthetic vs. conventional oil?

If you're asking about the viscosity of the oil, as Red 05 said, it's printed on your oil fill cap on top of the engine in the valve cover. It's also printed in your glovebox owner's manual. Honda makes a recommendation and it's further based on average climate temps where the vehicle is operated. My car shows 0/20 weight. The oil acts as a 0 weight oil when the car is started (cold), and then acts as a 20 weight oil when the engine is at operating temp (hot). Extremely cold temperatures, or extremely hot climate temps will necessitate using other weights of motor oil.

If you're talking conventional motor oil vs synthetic motor oil- that's a personal choice you can make after Googling the differences in the oils. I personally use a full synthetic motor oil in my car.
