Headlight Circuit Jank / Out-of-sync With Stalk

So, I recently got a 2012 Honda Fit, all stock and no trim. I have already noticed a bunch of weird stuff about it that aren't problems, just strange. My most recent discovery though is a good bit of both.My headlight stalk is completely wrong, or at least the symbols aren't synced with the behavior of the lights or the dash. When I turn it too the OFF position, the headlights come on. They also remain on when I turn it to ON, but turn off when I switch it to HIGH. My instrument lights also only turn on in the OFF position, but my console lights are off. The console lights only turn on in ON or HIGH mode. My highbeams also don't turn on at all anymore, which isn't how it was yesterday, but that's a different issue (maybe). My question is, has anyone had this issue before? If so, what fixed it? I couldn't find anything about it online, and I really don't feel like having a mechanic molest my baby for no reason. I like to think I know about cars, but I'm completely stumped. Or I'm stupid. I'll let you guys decide.

Graphic organizer of the weirdness, hope it helps.

Do you have DRL on the car?

Those use the high beams at 50 % intensity or something like that.

They should always be on, unless your regular lights are on (and also if you start the car with the handbrake on, DRL will be off until you pull down the handbrake).

When they are on, you'll also see a fainted high beams blue light on the dash.

Not sure if that helped or not.

Yes, and the DRLs seem to be the only thing that works as advertised, unless they are supposed to be on in the OFF position.

DRL are always on, except when you turn on the car on with the e-brake applied. As soon as you pull down the e-brake, DRL turn on.

I haven't included the E-brake in any of my tests, and it's always been down. I would guess this is some kind of fuse issue but idk so that's why I'm asking.
