Wiper motor help

So I modified my GE body and cut some horn speakers into the upper firewall into the cowl.

I made a mistake and forgot to accommodate for the wiper assy throw. Whoops

I only need 1 wiper blade, so I’m now at the point I need a DIY wiper motor to be custom installed

so , does anyone know the electrical operation of the wires on the plug ?

and does anyone know how long the shaft is ?

I cut my assy up trying to modify it and no go

any ideas?

Horn speaker in cowl

Fiberglassed pod in dash vented to outside for sound quality

Inside

Man that is some major work for some speakers. I see some universal wiper blade kits on Amazon if going the one blade route. This level of customization is beyond what I would be comfortable doing.
With the pins this may help. I think it is the same 5p connector:
