I'm a bit confused, what are you trying to do? Are you speaking about the rear window windshield wiper?
Are you wanting to replace it with the Japanese 2009 Fit model wiper?
What are the differences between the Brazil and JDM one?
If it's a compatibility problem with the wiper control arm, perhaps consider purchasing the JDM one and installing it and then a wiper shouldn't be a problem.
