Are Fits in short supply in some parts of the country? My local dealer had 10 sitting on the lot earlier this week when I went in to shop. I didn't like the colors so he looked at his incoming list. I literally picked mine from the list and put a deposit on it. It's allegedly in Montana making it's way to Delaware. Very excited. Should be here around end of next week he said.

Here's the dealer's new car inventory. It seems to get updated sometime during the overnight period. Interesting to watch what goes out the door and comes in.

I don't live in a major market so they get less Fits. The 07's were pretty much all sold before they even arrived. 08's seem to be in larger supply except the color I ordered, Black Berry Pearl, which wasn't immediately available. I will definately have the one and only BBP in my area at least until November.

 

There's a BBP Sport on the same truck as my vivid blue one. I was torn between the blue and the BBP. I might still change my mind when I see them both. (I haven't seen a BBP in person yet)

You could always drive down to Delaware to grab the BBP one. Should arrive sometime next week! It's a sport automatic.

 

MT is the only choice for me. That was another reason for my wait... I insisted on a sport MT in a color I liked.

 

The 2007s were all spoken for before they arrived in Kansas City. To get an MT you had to put down A deposit so while you're at it you might as well order BBP, the most unique color! I put my deposit down in late Sept. and the salesman said "the second week in November" today. I wish more people would post Pics.

You're lucky to get a white one. The only fit that's remained in my area is a 2007 white that the dealer wants $3000 over MSRP for. I wanted BBP but the Fit looks sweet in white.
