GI: Group buy for GE8 rear sway bar from GTSpec

Any one interested in buying a rear sway bar from GTSpec for the GE8?

GTSPEC Rear Sway Bar Reinforcement Brace - 09 + Honda Fit | www.gtspec.com

If not let me know what you guys/girls are interested in that they do have.

They designed it in CAD with a full model of the car, so no guessing and tape measure measurements here.

If you GD owners are interested in stuff let me know.

I've always wondered....how much of a difference do you actually notice in daily city driving. I don't mean hard cornering and all but just regularly driving around?

probably no difference at all since its meant to reduce torsion and flex, if its regular cornering at 10mph...wont feel a thing since you'll be driving in a straight line most of the time.

Yeah. I want the 6 point brace too.
We need 10 orders for each product to make a batch. If we get 30 then we could possibly swing a discount.
Here's hoping there is enough interest.

The frame braces and suspension tie in pieces are meant to stiffen rigidity and flex. This just takes the squishiness of the car's body out of the equation for handling. This helps to have the suspension work the way it was designed to and have the car more predictable in the twisties. I hate understeer with a passion.

I have a progress rear sway (anti-roll) bar. City driving your not going to notice a difference. Where you notice a difference is long sweeping turns. They keep the car planted (less body roll) and on a fwd car the rear sway bar keeps better traction on the front wheels.

These are great pieces and well worth it. I was the test fitter for these parts and I'm very happy with the results. The fit and function are of high quality and if you all do get together on this you will not be dissapointed.

I did a review after each install and not being an expert in this field I did my best to describe my findings.

I'd be in for 6 point or 2 point under brace.

I'll ask. Let's try to get some interest in here so we can have some buying power and something I can go with.
