Seat belt anchor cover removal help!

Hello,

Just aquired a GD3 with hail damage on the roof and was thinking about about fixing it myself, which means that I would need to drop the headliner (bloody panel beaters want $2000 to do the job). The A pillar trims came off easy but not so with the centre pillar trim. I'm having issues removing the cover which goes over the front seat belt upper anchor (the adjustable one). I've been trying to yank the cover off but it just won't budge and I'm very worried that if I yank any harder I would end up breaking it.

Would anyone out there have a clue on how to remove the anchor bolt cover?

i didn't even remove mine, just popped it loose enough to slip the headliner out. It's not tucked very deep in there.
