HID drop in retrofit for my '07 GD3

So a local guy on HT forums needed a test subject to test out his experimental HID dropin setup. So I volunteered.

I dont know anything about HID retrofits but when he is done, I get a huge discount on HIDs and his help installing them.

Here is a pic I shot after the install. I couldnt take a pic of the actual set up which is understandable. But from looking at it, it seems VERY easy to install this into the headlight.

The pic is just the passenger side. The driver side headlight is on as well. You cant even see it against the wall haha.

I will update this when I get the kit and install it.

It seems we are looking at a HID projector Plug in Play kit. Wonder whats the difference between this one and the Mini D2S/H1 thats out.

get some night shots...really looks like the mini h1 drop in (which I have in my fit).
The mini d2s has a slant up rather than a step up which the picture shows
